STRIDE's Board of Directors consists of nine individuals with diverse professional skills, backgrounds and personal interests. Our founder, Kathy Gliva, currently serves as President.

Other members of the board are Zac Grauvogel, wildlife biologist; Celia Hall, a local real estate professional; Deb Vause, social worker and parent of a special needs child; Cam Swensgard, accountant and parent of a special needs child; Alicia Vernon, a member of the United States Air Force currently deployed in the Middle East; Criss Krzanowski, a dedicated STRIDE volunteer and small business manager; Rocky Latta, a professional counselor; and our most recent addition to the board, Ted Carlson, a well-known local businessman with a long history of community activism and a wealth of experience in nonprofit board development.

Together, this board is actively working to make Kathy's dream of a therapeutic riding center that operates year round and serves hundreds of disabled members of our community come to fruition.

It works like this!
